Concerns:
Rupert had a bike accident as a child which resulted in a tooth being pushed out and dead, a black tooth, uneven gaps, and crooked teeth were his main concerns. He wanted a nice straight white smile.
Solutions:
My treatment plan for Rupert consisted of Bespoke Smile Design, Gum lifting to even gum margins with laser, crowns and veneers on ten (10) upper teeth to close gaps, correct crowding and add symmetry. Additional treament consisted of Zoom Teeth Whitening.
