Concerns:
Steve presented to my office with teeth that were bucked, decayed, broken down and discoloured. His two front teeth were also splayed with a noticeably large gap between them.
Solutions:
I put together a treatment plan for Steve that consisted of Zoom teeth whitening, Laser gum lifting, six (6) porcelain veneers to rebuild broken down decayed teeth, change the angle and close the gap between his two front teeth.
