Smile Makeover Contest
Terms & Conditions:
1. All candidates must come in for a FREE smile assessment for us to assess what they need and what we can accomplish for them within 2 weeks of the competition entry.
2. They must consent to have photos/videos taken which will be used in diagnosis, record keeping and may be used for marketing.
3. Smile Makeover must be a minimum of $10,000 to win $5,000 of the treatment price.
4. Payment plans are available
5. The Free Assessment does not include X-rays or further investigation which may be required. We will inform you of what is required prior to treatment
6. All suitable candidates for the treatment will be placed in a draw after the free smile assessment and the winner will be notified.to choose a cosmetic dentist.
