Concerns:
She wanted to straighten and widen her smile, but she did not want to correct her jaw profile with surgery as had been recommended.
Treatments:
We did some Invisalign with Class III elastics to try to widen the upper jaw and create room and try to improve her profile as well. It was a compromised result but she was adamant that she did not want to have surgery.
